We have developed the Southcombe Apothecary Garden as a community space that is both restful, mindful and full of herbal and floral purpose. The planting is focused on medicinal and culinary use of native and specimen flora. The garden is being developed alongside Beyond Borders and Devon refugee groups. About Us
Southcombe Barn is a family home for us (Vashti, Tom, Elder, Connie), having moved back to Devon in 2019 from Bristol, with the aim to create a wellbeing and arts retreat that combined creativity, nature and wellness.
Tom is co-founder of Canopy & Stars and Vashti has a background in women’s social services, wellbeing and arts. Vashti is a curator and runs artist residencies, retreats and creative workshops at Southcombe Arts.
