  • There is 1 parking space is available for guests, 20m from the Hay Barn

  • The Hay Barn is at the end of the main converted barn home that our family live in, it is 20m from the Southcombe Piggery

  • Please bring wellies/walking boots, wet weather gear, torches, and flip-flops for the sauna

  • There is no Wi-Fi in the Hay Barn, although Wi-Fi is available by the gallery
     
  • There is no mobile signal at the Hay Barn

  • The Hay Barn has use of a private outdoor bed camp, 200 metres away. The outdoor bed camp also has a campfire. The use of the bed camp is weather dependent and more of a day/lounge space than an overnight place to sleep

  • The pond is a natural ecosystem full of wildlife. When the water conditions are suitable, it is possible for guests to enjoy swimming in the pond. This is always at their own risk. At certain times of the year the water may not be suitable for guests to swim in. It is always at the owner’s discretion

  • The use of Wild Spa sauna is available to all Southcombe Barn guests and there is one private slot available for The Hay Barn guests to book in advance on either Tuesday, Thursday or Saturday

  • The wood-fired bathtubs which are also part of the Wild Spa are available to all Southcombe Barn guests, and should be booked in advance of stay. There is one slot available to all Southcombe Barn guests on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday evenings. This is booked on a first come, first serve basis and costs £50

  • This is a wild bathing experience and even just getting the bath ready is a bit of an activity in itself as it can take a fair bit of time to heat up. It is not always possible to use the baths year round as they are weather dependent and spring fed
